Whats included

No two plans are the same. We will enjoy customizing the plan to fit your wishes and needs

Typically the plans contain,

• Foundation plans

• Floor Plan, placement of Walls, doors, windows, stairways, etc. of each level of the house with dimensions.

• Exterior Elevations, front, rear and sides of the house, including materials.

• Building Cross Section.

• Interior Elevations, details of cabinets etc. found in the kitchen, bathroom laundry room, fireplaces and other special interior features.

• Roof Plan, top view of the roof's valleys, ridges and dormers.

• Electrical Plan, the suggested locations for fixtures and outlets. (not for all plans)

What is not included in the plans:

•  Architectural or Engineering Stamp

•  Site Plan, available on request

•  Mechanical Drawings

•  Plumbing Drawings

•  Framing layouts

•  Energy calculations

Building Code

We designed each plan to meet nationally recognized building codes for the year they were designed in. Ask if you know about specific local code requirements

Engineering

Some states require that a licensed architect or engineer review and stamp the plans. If this is the case where you will be building, a local professional will be able to assist you.
